REQUIREMENTS

Active guard card Valid driver's license Clean driving record Reliable transportation Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing for clients Positive, honest and loyal work ethic Willing to participate in pre-employment process that may include drug testing and full background investigation Neat and professional appearance Friendly and professional demeanor

COMMON DUTIES MAY INCLUDE

Patrol a facility and report illegal activities to management Lock and unlock doors Report hazards to management Disperse unauthorized gatherings Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Evict loiters Patrol parking lots and enforce parking rules and regulations Control the homeless around the properties and any trespassers must be escorted of the properties
