Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Beverage Operations Supervisor/Manager to lead our beverage distribution processes. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our beverage distribution facility, ensuring that all processes adhere to strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in all daily tasks including scheduling, delivery routing, inventory, product receiving and rotation and general leadership of the driver and warehouse teams alike. Creating a collaborative team environment is very important. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about beverage distribution, with a focus on craft beer and innovative beverage solutions, to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of beverage distribution, delivering, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction. Enforce sanitation standards and ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols across all departments. Oversee equipment troubleshooting, maintenance schedules, and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and optimize machine operation. Lead safety training initiatives, ensuring adherence to industrial chemical handling procedures and material handling equipment operation guidelines. Manage team activities including manual handling tasks, heavy lifting procedures, and forklift operations to promote safe work practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on warehouse logistics. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements. Experience Proven experience in operations in regards to beverage distribution. Hands-on experience with material handling equipment such as box trucks, forklifts, Electric pallet jacks, ect. Strong background in team leadership or supervisory roles. Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to inventory management. Warehouse experience including inventory management, shipping/receiving procedures, and logistics coordination is highly desirable.
