If you've got 10+ year tenure in a vertical builder and are ready for the next step up in your career, let's connect. This role is crucial to our operations, responsible for overseeing all field operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a mentor to our on-site engineers and project management, ensuring project excellence, ensuring we are following "the right process", and a key liaison between the field and our company owner. This role would also be responsible for our pre-construction services, which include: estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering recommendations and strategic planning.
