Operations Manager for professional cleaning company

Roseburg and surrounding areas

Reports To:
Owner / General Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing cleaning company. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency across residential, commercial, and/or specialized cleaning accounts. Key Responsibilities Train, schedule changes, and supervise and correct cleaning techniques and verify all contracts meet company standards Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective action plans Develop and maintain efficient work schedules, routes, and staffing levels to meet client needs and control labor costs Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, handle service requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards (including OSHA guidelines and any industry-specific protocols) Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture oversee quality control for contracts Qualifications 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in janitorial or related service industry Proven ability to lead and motivate team of employees Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license, personal auto insurance and reliable transportation (use of personal vehicle is a requirement of the job) Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends and shift coverage as needed High school diploma or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
