Coordinate client onboarding, engagement setup, and maintenance of client records, accounts, and CRM data. Prepare, track, and manage engagement documents, proposals, agreements, reports, and other client-facing materials. Monitor service requests and client support activities, ensuring accurate documentation, issue resolution, and escalation when needed. Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless client experience while maintaining compliance with firm policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. 💼 What You Bring High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred. 1-3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or similar administrative role. Availability for overtime as needed during busy seasons. Willingness to travel approximately
