values every single day. What You'll Do Lead and develop Executive Directors — coach, mentor, and hold your team of EDs accountable across every community in your region. Own regional financial performance — budget adherence, NOI, occupancy, and accounts receivable across your portfolio. Champion licensing and survey readiness — ensure every community stays audit-ready and in full regulatory compliance. Drive the

program — make sure every community delivers a gap-free, resident-centered activities and engagement calendar. Oversee staffing and labor management — support recruiting, retention, and appropriate staffing levels across your communities. Be the connective tissue between corporate and the community floor — translate company strategy into daily execution and bring the voice of the community back to leadership.

What We're Looking For Required:

5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and NOI across multiple locations Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and the survey process Experience coaching and developing Executive Directors or similar community-level leaders Nice to have: Experience operating across multiple states or regions Clinical or nursing background Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Why Mosaic?
