Your Opportunity, Your Team The Operations Planning Area Manager supports QVC and HSN, and will identify staffing schedules for all distribution functions based on the 21 day plan provided. Our onsite Operations Planning Support Specialists and Operations Planning Assistant roles will directly report to you. You will report to the Scheduling Manager. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role. What You'll Do Work with site management and the corporate analysis group on developing all operations staff schedules based on the staffing plan. Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all direct and indirect positions. Conduct employee schedule preference bids consistent with the site base scheduling requirements. Develop computer-based models for staffing and operations to maximize production. Work with corporate forecasting and analysis group by communicating varying assumptions and deviations to the staff plan/forecast (absenteeism, vacations and meetings). Lead the Operations Planning Support Specialists in managing timecard reconciliation, site scheduling, site time off, and other administrative duties. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Analytical experience required with 1+ years scheduling experience Operational experience associated with the site activity to include an understanding of workflow processing with 1-year experience.
