Driver Manager G&N Logistics - Carlisle, PA $70,000/year | Full-Time | On-Site G&N Logistics is looking for a strong, organized Driver Manager to oversee our CDL driver team and take ownership of daily driver performance, safety, attendance, timecards, hiring, and orientation. This is a hands-on management role for someone who is comfortable holding drivers accountable, solving problems quickly, and keeping operations organized. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day CDL driver performance Monitor safety, attendance, on-time performance, and policy compliance Coach drivers on safety or performance issues Address call-offs, lateness, attendance problems, and violations Audit clock-in, clock-out, meal periods, overtime, and timecards Review and correct payroll/timekeeping issues Maintain accurate documentation on driver performance Assist with driver hiring and final candidate selection Conduct or coordinate new-driver orientation Make sure new hires understand company policies, safety expectations, scheduling, and timekeeping procedures Work closely with recruiting, dispatch, operations, and ownership Help improve driver retention and overall performance What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding employees accountable Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple drivers and priorities at once Comfortable reviewing reports, timecards, and performance data Transportation, trucking, fleet, dispatch, safety, or operations experience preferred CDL experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $70,000 per year Why G&N Logistics?
