Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mold and Water Remediation Service Manager with a strong background and proven leadership ability. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, manages a team of technicians, ensures quality standards, and maintains the performance and readiness of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations Lead, coach, and manage a team of remediation technicians. Oversee scheduling, vacation schedules, etc. Conduct ongoing training for safety, customer service, and technical performance. Perform service and quality assurance calls to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer escalations and support the team in field-related challenges. Fleet & Equipment Management Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspection schedules for our fleet of service trucks. Ensure vehicles, equipment, and tools are well maintained, safe, and operational. Coordinate with vendors or internal resources for timely repairs and upkeep. Inventory & Supply Management Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage equipment stock levels. Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Quality, Compliance, & Safety Uphold safety protocols and industry best practices. Conduct field audits and enforce quality-control measures across all jobs. Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and reporting. Customer Service & Communication Handle customer follow-ups, satisfaction checks, and resolution of concerns. Collaborate with office staff and ownership to improve processes and customer experience. Support sales opportunities through technical expertise and professionalism.
Qualifications:
5+ years of field experience Strong organizational skills Experience managing technicians Excellent customer communication Comfortable with scheduling Comfortable reading scopes Ability to train Strong computer/CRM skills Ability to hold employees accountable Ideally IICRC experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
