Job Description
This role will focus on employees, workplace culture, performance, and the systems that support the employee lifecycle. Employee Management Oversee hiring, onboarding, and orientation Create and maintain job descriptions Manage employee performance reviews Handle disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans Address employee conflicts and workplace concerns Develop retention and employee engagement strategies Ensuring tasks are being completed each week 📋 Policies & Compliance Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage employee handbooks Oversee attendance, PTO, leave, and workplace policies Partner with leadership on sensitive employee issues 💰 Compensation & Benefits Coordinate benefits administration Develop incentive and recognition programs Help ensure pay practices are consistent and competitive 🎓 Training & Development Create staff training programs Develop leadership training for managers Identify skill gaps and opportunities for employee development Establish career-growth pathways 🌟 Culture & Employee Experience Build a positive workplace culture Develop employee recognition programs Conduct employee engagement surveys Help plan employee events/outings Oversee staff committees Improve communication between leadership and staff Organize initiatives that improve morale and teamwork 📊 Strategic Responsibilities Work closely with the owner/Practice Director and other leadership roles Establish HR goals and metrics Analyze turnover, staffing, absenteeism, and performance trends Help leadership make staffing and organizational decisions Develop plans for growing the organization
Experience:
At least 2+ years of Management experience HR experience Batchelor Degree Healthcare experience Experience supporting physicians, medical assistants, front office staff and administrative team. Experience of recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees Experience with training and developmentBenefits
