A/R Specialist Location:
Cranberry Township, PA (Near Pittsburgh)
Position Type:
Contract Pay Rate:
Up to $25/hour based on experience LHH is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity with a growing company in Cranberry Township, PA. This position is ideal for professionals with accounts receivable, collections, and cash application experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and collections activities for assigned accounts Contact customers regarding past-due balances via phone and email Post and apply payments including ACH, checks, and credit card transactions Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues Maintain accurate account records and collection notes Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts Partner with internal departments to resolve customer account concerns
Qualifications Required:
Previous Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Cash Applications experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar Experience managing high-volume accounts receivable portfolios Why Apply? Pay Details:
