Job Description

A well-established franchisor with high operational standards and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance is seeking a Field Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee daily business activities, support long-term performance, and ensure compliance across our locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily oversight and support for assigned locations.
  • Maintain regular weekly communication with location teams.
  • Conduct site visits, evaluations, and follow-up reviews.
  • Oversee and manage the BSA Compliance Program and related policies.
  • Assist with audits, examinations, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support training initiatives for location staff and management.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and operational improvement efforts. Qualifications
  • Experience in field operations, financial services, compliance, or a related business environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML requirements, KYC procedures, and regulatory examination processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort reviewing operational data, identifying performance trends, and recommending practical improvements.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and general business technology.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
