Job Description

Overview Kim Porter Homes is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Operations Coordinator to support our growing real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, and understands the importance of providing an exceptional client experience. The Operations Coordinator will play an important role in the day to day operations of the business, supporting transactions, client communication, marketing, social media, database management, and overall team organization. Duties Assist with transaction coordination from contract through settlement, ensuring deadlines, documents, and important details are managed accurately Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, vendors, and other transaction partners Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience Maintain organized digital files, transaction records, calendars, databases, and internal systems Assist with listing preparation, marketing coordination, open houses, and property related materials Create and update marketing materials using Canva Assist with social media content, scheduling, posting, and general platform management Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other client facing materials Help manage team schedules, appointments, deadlines, and follow up Support the implementation and improvement of systems and processes that keep the business running efficiently Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take initiative to help keep projects and transactions moving forward Experience 1 to 2 years of real estate Transaction Coordinator experience preferred Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace , including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar Proficiency with Canva Comfortable working with and navigating major social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills with a professional and polished communication style Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly Self motivated, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Ability to handle confidential client and transaction information professionally You are someone who notices the details, follows through, communicates well, and does not need to be reminded of every next step. You enjoy working with people, but you are equally comfortable behind the scenes making sure everything is organized and moving forward. Real estate can move quickly, so we are looking for someone who can stay calm, think ahead, problem solve, and provide a consistently high level of service to our clients and team.
