Required between assigned sites Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Area Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites in Northwest and North-Central Pennsylvania. The Sourcer identifies potential cleaners; the Area Manager takes ownership after candidates are identified , including coverage, scheduling, service completion, issue resolution, and reporting to Account Managers. Service Areas Beaver Falls / Monaca Mars / Butler New Castle / Hermitage Erie State College Altoona What You Will Own Ensure every site has a primary cleaner and backup cleaner . Confirm who is scheduled for each night's service. Monitor service completion and identify sites that have not confirmed. Immediately address missed services and coordinate recovery coverage. Follow up on open complaints and service issues. Monitor key, fob, alarm, code, and other access issues. Identify sites that still need cleaner coverage and coordinate with the account manager or admin. Track cleaners who need supplies or equipment. Provide timely updates, reports, photos, and issue escalations to Account Managers/Admin. Conduct site checks and maintain service quality. Step in for basic cleaning tasks, such as taking out trash, when a cleaner does not show up. Requirements Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned sites. Strong organization, communication, and follow-through. Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, facilities, or team supervision preferred. Able to coordinate multiple cleaners and locations. Reliable, proactive, and willing to be hands-on when needed.

Important:

This is a multi-site territory. The Area Manager is expected to build and maintain local cleaner coverage within each market , rather than relying on cleaners from Pittsburgh or another distant area.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
