Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Audit, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth, providing top-tier customer service at all times. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues via phone or in person, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to maintain seamless operational continuity. Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems, updating guest information and room statuses efficiently. Support front desk operations during overnight hours by handling guest requests, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest relations best practices. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Previous experience with night audit functions or hotel night shift roles is preferred. Multilingual capabilities enhance client communication and guest engagement efforts.
