Overview Hampton Beer Outlet is looking for an energetic, dependable, Operations Manager to become the second-in-command of our busy, customer focused beverage store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and taking ownership of daily operations in a well-established successful local business. Duties Oversee daily store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service excellence Receive deliveries and maintain an organized back room Assist with scheduling and daily workflow Supervise retail staff by providing training & development opportunities, performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cashiering duties, and sales reporting while maintaining accuracy in cash handling Open and close the store as needed Help create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture Experience Retail management, grocery, convenience store, beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer service leadership experience is preferred. We value attitude, work ethic, and leadership ability just as much as industry experience. Pay:

$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
