Operations Manager:

Oversee day-to-day structure and consistency across service and support teams Partner with leadership to turn company goals into actionable plans Refine internal systems to improve communication, efficiency, and accountability Support team leads with project tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination Use performance data to identify areas for operational improvement Contribute to strategic planning and help align service delivery with business goals

What You'll Bring:
