Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Audit! This energetic role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive during the quiet hours of the night and enjoy ensuring seamless guest experiences. As a Night Audit, you will be the vital link between our guests and our hotel operations, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records using property management system Jonas Chorum. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, delivering outstanding customer service with friendly phone etiquette and effective communication skills. Manage front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests or concerns with problem-solving expertise. Monitor hotel safety procedures and emergency protocols to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to facilitate smooth handovers to morning staff. Assist with reservations, modifications, or cancellations using hospitality reservation systems while maintaining guest relations. Maintain a secure environment by performing routine security checks, CCTV surveillance, and access control for guests and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, front desk operations, with a focus on night audit functions. Familiarity with property management systems Jonas Chorum. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality reservation systems. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential. Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 28.0 per week
