HR Staffing Coordinator Lebanon, PA | $23/hr | Monday-Friday 4:00 PM- 12:30 PM Join a team where people matter. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

You'll:

Manage employee check-in and attendance daily Perform safety walks to maintain a safe, compliant workplace Process attendance, timekeeping, and staffing reports Assist with orientations and onboarding new team members Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For Education/Experience:
