Job Description

Landscape Operations Manager Charlestown Landscaping is a growing landscape maintenance and snow removal group serving the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. We are seeking immediate hire of a full-time Operations Manager to work with existing clients and new prospects to meet their needs.
Summary:
Operations managers are responsible for providing assistance and solutions to property managers on existing commercial landscape accounts as well engaging with new prospective clients in the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain quality relationships with commercial maintenance clients including in person meetings, quality inspection site audits, and exemplary customer service. Ensure that commercial maintenance and commercial enhancements are completed within budgeted and contracted hours and to company and customer quality requirements. Coordinate scheduling of commercial operations to include routine maintenance operations and commercial enhancement projects. Manage snow operations with the help of the Snow Operations Manager. Order and coordinate material and equipment deliveries for enhancement projects. Maintain inventory of maintenance-related materials, tools and supplies. Institute routine maintenance inspections for trucks and equipment and schedule preventative maintenance. Learn company estimating programs and assist in bidding on new maintenance contracts and enhancement projects. Provide guidance, training, and support to maintenance production managers as well as foremen to include actionable goals and positive and negative feedback. Recruit, interview, hire, discipline, and terminate (when necessary) field staff. Perform property inspections with the production manager and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in and customer service (Sales is a Plus) Knowledge of horticulture, snow removal and best practices Valid US Drivers License Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Pay:
Competitive base salary depending upon experience
