Company Overview Faithful Homes, LLC is dedicated to providing dynamic and compassionate services within the residential care industry. Since our establishment in 2017, we have been committed to helping individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives across our 20 homes in Lancaster County. Summary We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Lancaster County. The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and quality of services across multiple residential homes. This role manages 3-5 supervisors and indirectly 20-30 employees, ensuring that individuals supported in the homes receive quality, person-centered care. The Operation Manager will ensure compliance with organizational policies, Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 regulations, and other applicable laws, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among staff. Essential Responsibilities Program & Individual Support Oversee the development, revision, and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) as written. Monitor and ensure timely completion of monthly and quarterly documentation of individual participation and progress. Ensure individuals' health needs are met, including scheduling appointments, completing documentation, and training staff on health and safety needs. Professionally address individual concerns, collaborating with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Staff Leadership & Development Supervise, mentor, and support Program Specialists and House Managers to ensure compliance and effective operations. Provide disciplinary and corrective action as necessary and oversee new hire orientation. Ensure all staff complete required training, including a minimum of 24 hours of annual training per 6400 regulations. Promote best practices, foster team accountability, and serve as a role model for professional conduct. Operational Oversight Ensure all operations are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Oversee scheduling, ensuring homes are adequately staffed while reducing overtime and managing coverage for shortages. Improve and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices. Ensure compliance with Chapter 6400 regulations, state licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Conduct and prepare for licensing inspections, internal audits, and annual reviews. Communication & Collaboration Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and external stakeholders regarding individual and programmatic needs. Keep Program Specialists informed of agency updates, policy changes, and compliance matters. Attend and lead meetings and trainings as required. Administrative & Compliance Oversee accurate completion of reports, budgets, payroll, incident reports, facility/equipment requests, and inventory. Ensure timely completion and submission of all regulatory and programmatic documentation. Participate in and lead weekly operations meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (human services, management, or similar). Minimum 2 years' experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Previous leadership and managerial experience required. Knowledge of operations management, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards (including Chapter 6400). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
