Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Site Manager to lead onsite operations within a prestigious law firm environment. This is a hands-on, working manager role responsible for delivering a "Ritz-Carlton" level service experience while overseeing a team that supports hospitality, mailroom, production services, reception, and facilities coordination. The Site Manager will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, oversee service delivery, and act as the primary liaison between the law firm, building management, and service teams. Responsibilities include covering receptionist when needed, managing hospitality services, mail distribution, copy/print/scanning production services, facilities requests, and workplace support operations. This individual will proactively facilitate requests, monitor service levels, follow up on outstanding issues, and provide timely reporting to ensure all client expectations are met with professionalism and urgency. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver white-glove service in a professional environment. Experience managing multiple service lines, coordinating with vendors and building management, and creating a positive client experience is essential.
