Responsibilities Manage and supervise the environmental services staff at a single campus, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Provide leadership and support to maintain high cleanliness standards, effective inventory management, and customer service excellence. Coordinate the timely completion of custodial projects and programs across various shifts while acting as a key point of contact between building occupants and CSG staff. Train new employees, conduct quality assessments, and utilize Quality Control Inspections (QCIs) to document performance and consistently meet standards. Perform custodial duties as needed, including hands-on support in various cleaning tasks, to foster a team-oriented environment. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2 years of experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare setting with supervisory experience desired. Basic computer skills preferred. Knowledge of infection control procedures and safe chemical handling. Strong communication and public relations skills.
