Event Operations Manager Rose Bank Winery | Newtown, PA Join Our Team at Rose Bank Winery! Rose Bank Winery is seeking an organized, energetic, and hospitality-driven Event Operations Manager to help create unforgettable weddings, private events, festivals, and winery experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and bringing events to life. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and our event team to ensure every event is executed seamlessly—from planning through the final guest departure. Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Schedule Flexible part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours based on business needs. During peak event seasons (May-June and September-October), hours may increase to approximately 45-55 hours per week. Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required. This is an in-person position. What You'll DoEvent Planning & Operations Manage event logistics, staffing, setup plans, and vendor coordination using Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Ensure all event details are finalized and clearly communicated before each event. Prepare materials, timelines, and operational plans to ensure successful event execution. Serve as Venue Coordinator for select events. Conduct pre- and post-event walkthroughs to identify improvements and ensure operational excellence. Event Leadership Lead the Event Operations Team from event planning through completion. Be present during events to support staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Schedule and manage venue, beverage, and support staff based on event needs. Client Experience Maintain prompt, professional, and courteous communication with clients. Accommodate client requests while maintaining company policies and operational standards. Maintain accurate event records, including timelines, vendors, beverage selections, caterers, planners, and special requests. Sales Support Assist the sales team with venue tours and client communication when needed. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, coach, and support the Event Operations Team. Promote exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on hospitality and teamwork. Qualifications/Experience Minimum two years of experience in event management, hospitality, event sales, or marketing. Minimum one year of leadership or management experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. RAMP Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Exceptional organization and time management. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Knowledge of event sales processes and lead conversion strategies. Experience with CRM software (TripleSeat experience preferred). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs and move event equipment as needed. Why Rose Bank Winery?
