This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
About The Role:
As the DC Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of Supervisors and associates to meet and exceed performance goals. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. High Base Pay and bonus.Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and manage personnel to achieve performance targets. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Mentor and coach Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Utilize data and performance metrics for root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to uphold policies and compliance.Qualifications:
5+ years of operations management experience in logistics or distribution. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies. Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities. Open to shift workSimilar remote jobs
