Role Description The District Manager for Jersey Mike's at Cedartown Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position oversees multiple restaurant locations, ensuring each store meets operational, financial, and customer service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing store managers, monitoring performance metrics, managing labor and food costs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and brand guidelines. Manages and supports between 3-5 locations. The District Manager regularly visits restaurants to support staffing needs, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and reinforce a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also involves implementing marketing initiatives, driving sales growth, and partnering with leadership to achieve district-level goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Operational and business acumen, with experience managing budgets, analyzing KPIs, and driving profitability across multiple locations. Customer service and hospitality skills, with a commitment to quality, consistency, and brand standards. Organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. Previous multi-unit management experience in quick-service or restaurant operations strongly preferred. Understanding of food safety, health regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to work on-site, travel between locations within the district, and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
