WVIA
  • Northeast and Central Pennsylvania's home for public media, education, and community storytelling
  • has an outstanding opportunity for a Leadership Operations Manager who thrives on structure and anticipates the next move before anyone asks. This role reports directly to the CEO. In it, you'll sit at the intersection of the CEO's office, the Board, and our Development Team
  • turning priorities into progress.
One day you're prepping the CEO for a big meeting. The next, you're finalizing Board minutes or helping pull off a donor event. Trusted with the details that matter, and the discretion that comes with them. What You'll Actually Do Run the executive engine. Manage the CEO's calendar, projects, and priorities. Prep sharp briefs for big meetings. Keep Leadership initiatives moving with real follow-through. Own the boardroom. Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes. Keep governance documents airtight. Fuel the mission. Support Development with donor events, member communications, and CRM tracking. Keep the office humming. Run all day-to-day operations of the building, coordinate staff meetings and org-wide events, and keep information flowing where it needs to go. What You Bring 5+ years in executive support, operations, or senior administrative roles, preferably supporting senior or C-Level executives Experience supporting a Board of Directors or governance structure A polished presence with the ability to handle pressure gracefully Sharp writing, airtight organization, and the tact to work with staff, Board members, and the public alike A bias toward ownership
