Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with a warm, positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Manage event setups, coordinate activities, and support entertainment programs to ensure seamless execution Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the venue Oversee food and beverage service areas, including taking orders, serving guests, and managing cash transactions accurately Supervise activities involving children or groups during events or recreational programs, ensuring safety and engagement Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality spaces, including dining areas, event zones, and guest lounges Support public speaking engagements or guided tours to enhance guest experience and provide information about the venue or events Experience Prior experience in hospitality, resort operations, or event management is highly desirable Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience in conflict management and resolving guest concerns effectively Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures Lifeguard certification or experience is a plus for venues with aquatic facilities Working with children or managing group activities demonstrates your ability to handle diverse audiences Public speaking skills to confidently lead tours or host events in front of groups This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality and entertainment.
