Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bell Captain to lead our guest arrival and departure experience. In this vital role, you will coordinate guest luggage, assist with reservations, and ensure seamless communication between guests and staff. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will set the tone for memorable visits and foster guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering attentive assistance with luggage and directions. Manage guest requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns. Coordinate with front desk staff to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes. Oversee bell services, including scheduling, luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guestrooms or vehicles. Maintain clear communication with hotel management and other departments regarding guest needs or emergencies. Assist with hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety at all times. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Resort or hotel experience is preferred, especially in roles involving guest interaction and night audit procedures.
