Available Position Overview Carter Support Services is seeking an experienced Operations Production Manager to oversee key manufacturing operations within a heavy industrial environment. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost control while ensuring efficient plant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in steel, metals, chemicals, or other heavy industrial production environments who are looking to lead teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of safety, quality, productivity, and cost control within assigned production areas Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and optimize material flow Implement mission-critical maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Supervise and provide technical guidance to hourly production personnel Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and housekeeping practices Troubleshoot and support electrical systems and production equipment based on operational needs Ensure equipment availability to support on-time delivery and product quality Coordinate with internal and external teams to support mill operations and production flow Develop and promote cross-training programs to enhance workforce capability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisor role Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Knowledge of:
