Role:
The Operational Excellence Specialist supports the Service Center Support Team with primary responsibility for the Field Safety and Quality Program. This role conducts onsite inspections of field work, mentors field technicians on safe and quality-focused work practices. The position is also responsible for completing and managing reports, assessments, and meetings to monitor program effectiveness, while supporting operations in the development and revision of standardized procedures for field and shop processes.Additional Information:
This role can sit in Midland, El Reno, or Waynesburg This role is 5 days a week onsite This role does not offer sponsorship This role does not offer relocationWhat You Will Do:
- Conduct field safety and quality inspections to assess compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and work practices.
- Deliver field training and support onboarding for newly hired field technicians.
- Mentor field personnel to promote consistent, safe, and quality-focused work practices aligned with applicable process documentation.
- Complete, review, and analyze reports to identify trends, issues, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to develop solutions that support continuous improvement across field and shop operations.
- Identify and support opportunities to standardize and optimize field and shop processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field safety, quality, and operational needs are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Have:
Problem Solving:
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Quality Management System (QMS): Knowledge of Quality Management System's (QMS) functions, features, and capabilities; ability to design, implement, test, and maintain Quality Management Systems to consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Accuracy and Attention toDetail:

$28.70- $43.
