Responsibilities:

Utilize and promote trauma-informed treatment through evidence-based practices. Participate in developing patient treatment plans and outcomes in collaboration with the treatment team. Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy based on patient needs. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and revise treatment plans as appropriate. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources associated with assigned caseloads. Coordinate continuing care planning and make appropriate referrals. Monitor and complete insurance authorizations for assigned patients. Provide referrals for additional care and support services as needed. Maintain expected productivity standards. Participate in regular supervision and seek additional clinical guidance when appropriate. Adhere to all HIPAA requirements and confidentiality standards. Comply with OMHSAS, DPW, and DDAP regulations and requirements. Complete required orientation, annual trainings, and attendance documentation. Provide coverage for other programs as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of the psychological, physiological, and social aspects of addiction. Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and identify substance use and co-occurring disorders. Experience facilitating individual and group counseling sessions. Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism in challenging situations. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice. Passion for helping individuals achieve recovery and wellness. Requirements What Do We Require? Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of experience in a health and human services field. Additional Requirements Pass a PA Criminal Background Check. Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances. Pass a Drug Screen. Complete a 2-Step TB Test. Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification. What Are the Work Conditions?
