Pay:

$105k - $115k based on experience TMS is currently looking for a Shredder Manager at our West Mifflin, PA location. Operations Manager Responsibilities Manage a Mega Shredder and downstream separation system in a fast pace environment Will work closely with other departments to ensure operational goals are obtained Attends meetings with the site management team Oversee approximately 12 unionized employees at the site Documents and address safety and maintenance concerns that may arise on site Manages parts inventory, capital planning, and projects Assists maintenance management team with planning Operations Manager Qualifications Preference will be given for 5-7 years of experience within an industrial setting Preference will be given to BA/BS degree as well as a combination of experience/education. Must have strong communication and organizational skills The candidate must also have the ability to function both effectively and independently as a member of a cross-functional team demonstrating teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to cooperation and collaboration among business functions. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Excel and Word as well as ERP software.
