Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the stability and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excel, 401K, and Quickbooks and Fishbowl. Duties Oversee office and warehouse staff Conduct annual performance reviews Oversee 401K program. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts/Credit Cards Utilize Quickbooks and Fishbowl software to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities. Payroll Commissions Reports Inventory Control Management Job Costing Skills Proficient in Excel Experience in Quickbooks and Fishbowl (not required ) Experience in banking operations and financial regulations. Exceptional analytical skills for effective financial analysis. Experience in 401K Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
