About Us Sojorne Care is a growing behavioral health company providing ABA therapy and care navigation services across multiple states. We are building a high-quality, family-centered organization with strong clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and a supportive team culture. We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Operations & People Manager to help us run our clinics smoothly and support our team across Florida and Georgia. Role Overview This role is the operational backbone of two clinics.. You will own scheduling, hiring coordination, HR operations, benefits administration, credentialing, payroll coordination, and billing coordination with an external partner. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations and Scheduling:
Build and manage staff schedules across locations. Handle callouts, coverage, and real-time schedule changes. Coordinate PTO and staff availability. Communicate schedule updates to staff and familiesEnsure schedules are accurate in Passage Health. Hiring and HR Management Coordinate hiring across Florida and Georgia including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationManage onboarding including offer documentation, system setup, and first-day readinessMaintain employee records and compliance documentation. Track certifications, renewals, and required trainings. Support performance management and employee relations Manage offboarding processes. Benefits Administration Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Serve as the prOperations & People Manager (Healthcare /ABA Clinic)imary point of contact for employee benefits questions. Ensure compliance with eligibility policies such as waiting periods .Reconcile benefits deductions with payroll Support open enrollment and employee communications. Coordinate with benefits brokers and providers such as BCBS and Colonial. Authorizations and Compliance Submit and track authorizations and reauthorizations. Monitor expiration timelines and documentation requirements. Follow up on pending or denied authorizations. Ensure compliance with payor requirements. Billing Coordination Serve as liaison to external billing partner. Ensure session notes are complete and ready for billing Track remittances and escalate delays. Support resolution of denied or delayed claims.
Payroll Coordination:
Prepare and review biweekly payroll inputs. Ensure alignment between services delivered and payroll Track reimbursements and discrepancies. Provider Credentialing Track and manage provider credentialing across payors Submit and follow up on applications Monitor expirations and renewals. Client Intake and Experience Manage client intake from referral to onboarding Coordinate scheduling and service start timelines Ensure clear and professional communication with families. Administrative and Systems Management Maintain trackers for scheduling, payroll, credentialing, and authorizations Monitor shared inboxes, voicemail, and intake channels Support operational troubleshooting across clinics. What We're Looking For We seek 4 or more years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, or clinic management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Preferably experience in healthcare or ABA therapy prefered. Excellent communication and professionalism is required. Experience with scheduling, HR, or healthcare systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently High attention to detail and follow-through. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $70,000 to $75,000. Bachelor's Degree required.
