Send job Job Details Company Job Details Build our future together: The Global & US Oncology Strategy & Operations Lead is responsible for enabling operating infrastructure and supporting effective governance, operational cadence, and coordinating performance monitoring for the Solid Tumor Marketing organization. An integral member of the Solid Tumor Marketing Leadership Team, the Strategy & Operations Lead reports to the Vice President, Global & US Solid Tumor Marketing and supports the VP in initiatives related to leading marketing strategy, driving performance for the Solid Tumor franchise, and fostering collaboration across Regeneron functions who marketing teams work with regularly. The Strategy & Operations Lead also supports the VP in establishing and maintaining effective processes and ways of working within the Solid Tumor Marketing Team to enhance team efficiency and culture. When & where: In the Sleepy Hollow, NY Office 4 Days a week Ability to travel US and globally as required 30-50%, some on weekends for conferences and meetings.

Build Marketing developmental focus areas with VP, and execute initiatives related to these focus areas for the marketing team to fortify team culture and ways of working With input from the VP and solid tumor marketing team, maintain platforms and processes that enable team transparency and effective coordination (e.g., central Marketing calendar, budget review processes) Establish and coordinate workstreams to develop and measure key performance indicators, including supporting evolution of analytics and insights reporting processes in collaboration with the brand team and Insights & Analytics teams Manage recurring Marketing team meeting agenda and logistics, including Monthly Full Marketing Team meetings, Marketing Leadership meetings, and team building initiatives with direction on behalf of the Vice President, Global & US Solid Tumor Marketing Support and lead special projects related to a variety of marketing initiatives. Develop and support communication efforts within and outside of Commercial Business Unit. Actively support continued evolution of worldwide commercial presence for product team, including supporting VP in regular communication with key international stakeholders. Support VP in preparation for senior leadership reporting and presentation forums Support and build cross-functional relationships with key functional partners across the organization Maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards, personally and throughout the marketing team. Handles and maintains highly confidential and sensitive information This role requires: Bachelor's degree required with preference for science background. 10 years of biotech/pharma brand marketing or related experience Successful record of driving brand or organizational performance and effectively impacting commercial responsibilities. Ability to communicate and act promptly; demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments. Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills Comfortable working in ambiguity, growth mindset Strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
