Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations, financial health, and a team of business management professionals. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's future by implementing innovative solutions, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the organizational goals. Duties Oversee and manage a team of Account Managers and Bookkeepers. Main point of contact alongside Account Managers in all things related to the client's accounts (financials, accounting, residences, business entities, payroll, investments, etc.) Attend client meetings and events Serve as a trusted advisor for clients dealing with other professionals, such as attorneys, agents, and financial institutions. Liaise with the tax team for a seamless client experience Review financial reporting, reconciliation of investment statements, and preparation of other analytical reports Provide guidance on business operations, including entity structuring, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Assist clients in developing estate plans to protect assets Review and negotiate contracts as well as personal/business financial statements, and present to clients Special projects and other requests as needed Build strong relationships with teams internally and externally, proactively handling their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Understand the client's business objectives and provide tailored solutions Manage and develop associates and new hires in understanding client-related processes and accounting matters. Provide training for associates and new hires and ensure adherence to firm policies. Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Requirements Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role in entertainment business management Previous experience in team management, team development, and supervising diverse groups of employees (min groups of 5+). Knowledge of the accounting software, AgilLink Prior experience in supervising multiple departments or large teams within a fast-paced environment is preferred. $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
