The Opportunity with Solvus Global Is… Dynamic, Engaging, Cross-Disciplinary, Cutting-Edge, Flexible, EMPOWERING Solvus is seeking an Operational Architect to lead our General & Administrative (G&A) functions. At Solvus, G&A isn't "back-office support". It is the backbone of our growth strategy. We have the "What", now we need a strategic architect to design and lead the "How." We are seeking a leader who understands that you cannot scale a broken system, and you shouldn't optimize a system that isn't built to grow. You will be responsible for the "Operational Hardening" of current business functions, including physical facilities, IT systems, and regulatory frameworks (CMMC, Export Control, QMS, etc.), to ensure they are Ready-to-Scale and Able-to-Scale, providing a stable foundation for rapid organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Venture-Ready Architecture:
Design and implementation of an operational "blueprint" that supports the organization objectives and the creation and detachment of standalone startups.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Integration:
Collaboration across the leadership team to synchronize operation resources with technical and commercial objectives.
Proactive Resource Engineering:
Anticipation and resolution of physical, systematic, and operational constraints, establishing the ability to solve for capacity needs (space, IT, personnel) before they become bottlenecks.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:
Setting the vision for "best-in-class" operations. This involves refining current business processes to eliminate friction, ensuring all operational tasks are executed with precision, on time, and strictly within budget.
Global Compliance & Risk Management:
Stewardship of the Solvus Global Compliance Map, including the implementation and maintenance of QMS, Safety, HR/Labor Law, and specialized regulations (CMMC, Export Control, etc.) to ensure compliance is a seamless part of the operational workflow.
Team Development & Guidance:
Leadership and mentorship of the operation team members. This involves setting performance standards, delegating tactical execution, and fostering a culture of extreme ownership and proactive problem-solving
Government & Community Relations:
Serving as the primary liaison for local and state government relations where they impact the physical or operational footprint of the business.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Infrastructure Management, or a related leadership role. Experience within a high-growth Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Defense environment is preferred. Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments where "standard" operation don't always apply Proven experience implementing and / or managing complex compliance frameworks, specifically CMMC, Export Control (ITAR/EAR), QMS (ISO 9001/AS9100), Labor Law or similar federal / state regulations, within a fast-moving and innovative culture. Demonstrated ability to design and implement business processes from scratch. Demonstrated ability to lead a team through periods of rapid growth, moving from manual processes to scalable, automated systems. Direct experience in cost-center management, facility budgeting, and equipment lifecycle planning. High proficiency in Project Management (PM) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Inventory Management software.

Pay Range:
$120,000 - $180,000

This salary range is a good-faith estimate, and the final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and our internal equity analysis.

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
