Manage budgets at the executive level, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to meet organizational goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans that align with long-term objectives and market trends. Supervise senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and accountability. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making, streamline operations, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Oversee project management efforts across multiple initiatives ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. Maintain effective verbal communication with executives and stakeholders to report on operational performance and strategic progress. Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles with extensive supervisory experience in managing diverse teams. Demonstrated success in leading operational excellence initiatives and implementing process improvements at a large scale. Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and organizational change management. Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit & loss analysis, and operational analysis. Skilled in project management methodologies with a track record of managing complex programs from inception to completion. Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing large-scale organizational change efforts with a focus on operational management and continuous improvement practices. Ability to analyze data effectively to support strategic decisions that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
