McKenzie's Mission AFH is owner occupied and specializes in DD (profound), dementia/Alzheimer's, wanderers and the nonverbal. McKenzie's Mission AFH provides 24/7 supervision, transportation, entertainment, and love, all in a family setting. McKenzie's Mission homes are in family friendly neighborhoods. What You'll Do Operations & Compliance Oversee daily operations of two Adult Family Homes in Sheboygan. Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements. Maintain policies, procedures, records, licenses, and inspection readiness. Oversee facilities, transportation, supplies, food, and safety systems. Identify operational issues and ensure timely corrective action. Staffing & Leadership Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staffing. Supervise, coach, and hold staff accountable for performance and expectations. Conduct evaluations and address performance concerns as needed. Supervise and support assigned employees.
