About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to serve as our Development & Operations Coordinator — a role built for someone who wants to be a true operational partner in a growing nonprofit. This position sits at the intersection of development operations and office administration. You'll keep our donor database accurate and actionable, keep gifts and pledges moving smoothly, support program coordination and keep the office running behind the scenes, partnering closely with our development and program teams to support our growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with development/fundraising administrative operations experience (Bloomerang, Qgive, Raiser's Edge, or similar CRM platforms) who wants meaningful ownership over data integrity, gift processing, and reporting, alongside broader office and communications support. Development Support Own the gift-processing workflow: manage accounts receivable, enter and reconcile contributions, and draft and send all pledge invoices Draft, send, and track all acknowledgement letters and donation receipts, both manual and automated, ensuring timely and accurate donor recognition Support fundraising event planning, including lead coordination of guest management event database, check-in, and check-out for 3 major fundraising events Generate and schedule development reports (pledge status, gift activity, campaign progress) for leadership upon request CRM & Database Management Serve as the day-to-day steward of our donor management CRM (Bloomerang/Qgive preferred), keeping records complete, accurate, and up to date Manage all data entry and event database management within the CRM, including constituents, vendors, and nominators/dream family records Manage entries and reporting across the CRM and Google Drive, and maintain organized digital recordkeeping Communications Assist with drafting newsletters and content for event asset management, and send digital mass emails to segmented constituent groups Assist with content creation for event collateral and edit website event pages, team member & supporter updates, and the annual "who we serve" updates Format and maintain up-to-date distribution lists for newsletters and other constituent communications Office Administration Answer and direct all incoming communications (phone calls, mail, emails, etc.) Manage and organize calendars, meetings, and room bookings, and send reminders Prepare, edit, print, send, and receive documents; file, organize, and maintain up-to-date records Manage and troubleshoot the VoIP/ Zoom phone system, office hardware, and Google Workspace Admin Console users/accounts Manage, organize, and restock all office supplies Welcome visitors and provide hospitality for all in-person meetings Lead coordination of onboarding and offboarding tasks for new employees, volunteers, and board members Program Support Review and process incoming program nominations, and notify nominating partners of approval status Coordinate dream experience transportation scheduling Provide support to the team in project coordination and implementation Partner with program and development staff on cross-functional administrative needs as our organization grows Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with donor management CRM software required; Bloomerang and/or Qgive strongly preferred Prior experience in a development, fundraising operations, or nonprofit administration role strongly preferred Strong, professional communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort managing accounts receivables, gift processing, reporting, and data integrity work with a high degree of accuracy High proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Zoom Phone, Canva, and Monday.com) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a mission-driven environment Team-oriented, solutions-minded, and excited to grow with a nonprofit organization A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certifications in office administration, nonprofit administration or development operations are preferred

$40,000.00 per year
