Job Description
This role will run field operations for a rapidly-growing, family-owned home services company across four markets, with 6-8 direct reports and entire front-line technician team reporting up to you. Critter Stop's Internal Promoter Score

- $130,000, depending on experience and fit. Guaranteed bonus of $10,000 after the first six months, then target annual performance bonus of $10,000
- $35,000 based on key performance indicators targets established at that time.
At least six direct reports:
Immediate direct reports will include our Pest Control, Wildlife, and Insulation Service Managers, as well as the branch leaders for Austin, College Station, and Oklahoma City. You will have weekly one-on-ones, lead a departmental L-10, and lead departmental quarterly Rocks. Coaching and leading your direct reports is a large part of the job.Service quality:
Measured via customer reviews and surveys. When a customer isn't happy, the process that prevents the next one is yours to build. Scheduling capacity, and labor efficiency: Manage and optimize backlog, utilization, overtime, and route density across four markets via constantly reviewing and improving processes and procedures. A skills-based training and progression program: We want to formalize, professionalize, and better-track our cross-training of field professionals, providing them more opportunity to grow professionally and directly linking the skills they acquire to the compensation they receive and career progression they achieve as part of our team. You will build this system, get it approved, and run it.Inventory and supply strategy:
Cost-effective sourcing, inventory tracking and management, and ensuring technicians have access to what they need in one of our nearby depots instead of having to drive across the metroplex to get what they need.Fleet and equipment management:
Tires, oil, preventive maintenance, and the discipline to keep trucks on the road instead of in the shop. Field safety, licensing, and compliance: Oversee monthly safety meetings, applicator licensing in Texas and Oklahoma, incident response, and ongoing training for our team. Measuring Performance We run on EOS. You'll have a weekly scorecard (KPIs), quarterly Rocks, and ongoing feedback from Company President & Owners.KPIs you will own:
- Revenue per technician per working day, by department and market
- Direct labor as a percentage of revenue
- Materials COGS as a percentage of revenue, by department and location
- Internal net promoter score of our field professionals
- Service quality: Google and platform reviews plus internal FieldRoutes feedback
- Safety incidents Baselines will be established in the first six months while you are onboarded and help execute pending initiatives to improve these numbers.
