JOB SUMMARY
Director of Operations directs and oversees all operations of the department as directed by Executive Management. Assists with directing, mentoring, and coaching of management and staff and the development of processes, policies, and procedures to ensure department functions are carried out in a timely, accurate, efficient, and customer service-oriented manner. Maintains knowledge base of current government and non-government healthcare compliance requirements, ensuring Harris Health System remains compliant .Collaborates with Harris Health leadership to ensure efficient processes are in place to support patient care functions and optimal outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field OR High School Diploma or GED AND Nine (9) years of work experience of related experience 2.Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years of experience 3.Management Experience (Years and Area): Four (4) years management experience. 4.
