ABOUT THE ROLE
At International Computer Concepts (ICC), we custom-engineer the servers and AI/HPC infrastructure behind some of the world's most demanding workloads. As we scale, we're hiring a Director of Operations — the senior-most operations leader in the company — to run and improve how we source, build, and ship. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own day-to-day operations across procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse. You'll partner with an external operations consultant to identify where we can improve, then lead and develop our team to put those improvements into practice. As ICC grows, so can this role — the leader who builds a strong operation here has a real path to grow into a VP of Operations role over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run operations end to end. Own day-to-day performance across procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse/logistics — accountable for output, on-time delivery, cost, quality, and inventory. Lead as the top operations executive. Report to the CEO and translate company strategy into operational plans, targets, and priorities. Drive improvement with a consultant. Partner with an external operations consultant to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and build and prioritize an initiative roadmap. Develop the team. Lead, coach, and develop operations managers, buyers, planners, and supervisors — guiding more junior staff to implement process changes and build lasting capability. Make it measurable. Establish and track operational KPIs and dashboards (OTIF, quality, lead time, cost, inventory turns, throughput) and use the data to drive decisions. Standardize and scale. Lead continuous-improvement / Lean initiatives across the value stream and codify improvements into SOPs and repeatable processes. Plan capacity and inventory. Own production, capacity, and inventory planning to align supply with demand and customer commitments. Steer procurement. Oversee procurement strategy and key supplier relationships across the U.S., Taiwan, and China, ensuring cost, availability, and continuity of supply. Keep it safe and compliant. Champion a safe, compliant operation, including EHS and quality-system requirements. Own the numbers. Manage the operations budget and drive cost and EBITDA improvement; collaborate closely with Sales, Product/Engineering, and Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Must-have:
15+ years in operations, with progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and direct ownership of multiple functions (e.g., procurement, production, warehouse/logistics). A proven track record of people leadership — building, leading, and developing teams and managers. Demonstrated success leading continuous-improvement or operational-excellence initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar), ideally in partnership with external consultants. Strong command of ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making (KPIs and dashboards). A history of owning operational metrics — OTIF, quality, cost, and inventory — and improving them. Comfort partnering directly with a CEO/owner and translating strategy into day-to-day execution. Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in electronics, servers, datacenter, or complex/custom hardware manufacturing. Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt). Experience scaling operations in a growing, mid-size, or family-owned company. Global supplier experience across the U.S., Taiwan, and China. Experience standing up or maturing an operations function. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plus.
