Yonkers, NY Job Details Part-time $35 - $40 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Google Workspace Operational analysis Trello Performance management Organizational skills Full Job Description Position Summary The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment across teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and departments simultaneously. This position is hybrid , requiring at least 3 days per week in the Yonkers office for team coordination, meetings, and onsite oversight. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Oversight Supervise daily activities of staff, contractors, and consultants across multiple business units. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables. Conduct weekly project meetings and status updates. Strengthen communication and alignment between departments. Assist with onboarding and training of new hires and consultants. Operations Management Develop, implement, and maintain systems, workflows, and SOPs to enhance organization efficiency. Oversee operational functions across creative, administrative, marketing, media, and business departments. Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and follow-up on assignments. Organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring proper documentation and tracking. Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to streamline operations. Executive & Strategic Support Work closely with executive leadership to push strategic priorities forward. Prepare summaries, action items, and follow-up lists from internal staff meetings. Communicate with team members, partners, and vendors on behalf of leadership when needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Office & Onsite Management Oversee daily office operations and maintain a structured, productive environment. Coordinate onsite meetings, team days, and operational activities. Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics. Administrative & Financial Coordination Support finance with expense tracking, budgeting, vendor invoices, and consultant payments. Ensure operational compliance, updated contracts, and organized internal records. Assist with administrative and reporting requirements across multiple business entities. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience managing teams and consultants in a high-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across different departments. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com), and scheduling systems. Experience in entertainment, media, or creative industries is a plus. Must be able to work on-site in Yonkers at least 3 days a week .
