Job Description

Overview The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational infrastructure of Collaborative Anesthesia Partners and supporting the organization's continued growth through operational excellence, systems development, and team leadership. This role will ensure that CAP's administrative, compliance, payroll, and franchise support functions operate efficiently while implementing scalable processes that support multi-location growth. The Director of Operations will supervise administrative staff, develop operational systems, and work closely with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives that enable CAP to scale its anesthesia services and franchise operations across multiple markets. Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across CAP and affiliated entities Manage and supervise administrative and support staff Establish clear workflows and accountability systems for operational tasks Ensure operational reliability and execution across the organization 2. Payroll & Compliance Oversight Oversee payroll operations and financial administrative processes Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements Monitor provider credentialing and regulatory documentation Implement quality-control systems to prevent payroll or tax filing errors 3. Franchise Operations Support Oversee franchise onboarding and training support systems Develop and maintain scalable franchise support processes Manage documentation, onboarding workflows, and training systems Coordinate operational support for franchisees 4. Systems & Process Development Develop and implement scalable operational systems Create SOPs for administrative, HR, and operational functions Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency Manage operational software platforms and internal documentation systems 5. Executive Operations Support Provide operational reporting to executive leadership Track key operational metrics and identify risks Lead execution of strategic operational initiatives Support new market launches and operational expansion Leadership Responsibilities Direct supervision of administrative staff Delegation of operational tasks with accountability oversight Development of performance standards for operational roles Building a culture of reliability, ownership, and accountability
Experience Required:
5+ years of operations management experience
Preferred:
Healthcare operations experience Medical group or ASC management experience Multi-location operations experience Franchise or distributed operations experience Experience managing administrative or operational teams Strong organizational and systems-thinking ability Demonstrated ability to implement and manage operational processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment. Pay:
$37.00 - $43.00 per hour
