This executive-level leader will be responsible for operational performance, financial management, KPI execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced logistics environments, drives accountability, and consistently delivers high-performance results across multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day final mile delivery operations across multiple locations. Ensure service excellence, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategic plans to scale operations and improve performance. Lead site managers and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. KPI & Performance Management
• Own and drive key performance indicators Establish performance dashboards and accountability structures. Implement continuous improvement initiatives. Financial Oversight
• Manage P&L for assigned operations. Control labor and operational expenses to meet margin targets. Identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancement opportunities. Client Relationship Management
• Serve as primary contact for key clients. Proactively resolve service issues and identify growth opportunities. Ensure contractual compliance and service level adherence. Strategic Growth & Travel
• Travel to operating sites and client locations as required. Support new market launches, expansions, and transition Qualifications
• 3 +years of senior-level operations leadership experience (Final Mile, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred).

Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations. Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility. Proven track record of improving KPIs and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to travel as business needs require. Experience managing independent contractors.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
