Ensure staff understand and consistently communicate studio policies. Look for opportunities to improve the client experience from registration through ongoing participation. Leadership & Owner Support Meet regularly with the Owner/Founder to review staffing, programming, schedule performance, operational concerns, and upcoming priorities.
