The successful candidate's responsibilities should include: Operating CO₂ and Fiber flat sheet metal cutting lasers to produce precise, low-volume fabrications Performing independent machine setups and adjusting in real-time for quality cuts Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure project specifications Using precision measurement tools to verify part dimensions and maintain ISO standards Operating cranes and forklifts safely to handle materials for cutting Collaborating with team members in a team-oriented environment Maintaining a clean and organized work area following lean manufacturing principles The successful candidate must have: 5+ years of experience operating industrial laser cutting machines Ability to perform complex machine setups and troubleshoot independently Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision tools Consistent attendance and physical capability to handle manufacturing tasks Experience with Amada equipment and industrial material handling is a plus US citizenship or Green Card status with a residence within a 45-minute drive of West Bend
