BC License or C-44b License The Opportunity You will play a pivotal role in expanding the installation arm of a fast-growing residential exterior company. This position allows you to drive project delivery, manage planning and permitting, and help scale a unique product in the market. You will make a lasting impact by leading field operations while growing alongside an ambitious, hard-working team. How You Will Make an

Impact:

Manage planning and permitting processes to ensure seamless project execution. Lead and supervise field installations of high-end residential exterior shade products. Collaborate with and guide experienced installation technicians on job sites. Book and coordinate new installation projects to scale field operations. Maintain high quality control standards on all residential installations. Serve as the primary field contact to ensure client satisfaction and project timeline adherence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of related work experience in residential exteriors or landscaping. Valid BC License or C-44b License. Strong motivation to learn new exterior products and build an installation division. Proven capability to manage planning, permitting, and hands-on field supervision. Ability to work effectively with and supervise field technicians. Able to be the company Responsible Managing Employee (RME).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED. Professional fluency in Spanish. BC License Own their own work truck

Compensation & Benefits:

Bi-weekly pay structure with a salary range of $80,000 to $92,000 per year. Project completion bonuses and pay-per-performance incentives. Profit-sharing program opportunities.
